Installed a 13" black M-LOK EMR this Thursday. Getting the barrel nut on correctly was my biggest concern, but honestly ended up being the easy part of assembling the upper. I had to take the shaved FSB back off because I forgot to install the BRT Gas Port, had to shave the FSB down further once installed, and was a tad concerned with how much force it took to get the flash hider 300+ degrees to come back around and time correctly. But the barrel nut and rail itself, no problems Rifle feels great.

    I'm confused.
Are you sure the QD Sockets are not anti-rotational?
Geissele's specs say all their EMR rails QD sockets are anti-rotational.

    1. QD Sockets are not anti-rotational (Easy to fix)
    2. Top Rail is slightly curved.

At any rate. I still love it. For the price, weight, profile, lockup, and feel I don't think it can be beat.

I direct Mounted the DBAL to the rail, and used an MLOK-FUSION adapter for the Scout Light.

The one I just installed only rotated a certain amount. I'd consider them anti-rotational.

Anybody had problems with tolerance stacking using the Magpul M-LOK polymer rail sections and WMLs? I just assembled an upper using a 13" DDC M-LOK EMR and my X300 is loose on the polymer rail section. At first I thought it was the Universal adapter plate, but after switching to the Picatinny adapter plate, the problem is still there, though not as bad. I'm thinking of ordering an aluminum rail section at some point for a second piece to try the X300 on. The X300 has been snug on both M&P pistols and the Surefire MR07 1911 adapter rail.

The MLOK bipod mount works real good FWIW. I'm digging the EMR.
