    Gear Loadout is Finished

Super huge thanks to Outlander Systems. That guy is a great resource, but also a total enabler.

Pretty self explanatory from the pics, but hope to do an NV shoot tomorrow if this storm doesn't screw it up. Absolutely love the peltors. My buddies use radios with ear pieces, but the PRC 148 is water proof, crush proof, dust proof, and probably bulletproof. Plus the hearing amplification through the peltors is a bonus. The comm portion is my favorite part of the entire setup.

Photobucket account got toasted - wtf? Edit

Looks good, nice rail BTW... What NVD do you use? Looking to get into NV, but not sure what to buy.

    I can't believe anyone would spray paint a multi-thousand dollar electo-optical device!

    Nice setup, dude.

    Two tips:

    1) Store that blade antenna un-folded/extended or it will get the limp-dicks.
    2) When deployed, watch out for power lines!

Let me know how she does in the rain...

    Built like a tank.
    10 watts ERP
    True dual-watch/receive
    Cross-band repeat
Full-compatibility with .mil hardware (Comtacs, Sordins, Thales PTT, etc.)

If it could freq-hop I'd have a nerdgasm...

I too NEED a link to this magical place to get one of these radios.

Euro- you may want tk move your radio to the front. Its current location you have to remove it to change anything on the radio. I always have mine up front so that I can make adjustments without having to remove it from tje pouch.

I will also post some pictures of the connector and how to route your antenna on the back of your PC. It keeps you from having a flag pole attached to you......
In no way do I make any money from anyone related to the firearms industry.
