    Vickers Guide AR-15 Vol.2

Not sure where to put this, so my apologies if this is an inappropriate subforum. Just got my copy of Vol.2 and it's just as good as Vol.1. Forgotten Weapons described Vol.1 as a cross between coffee table book and history book, the same description fits the second volume. Great pictures with a few tidbits of history but nothing super detailed. I enjoyed flipping through it and look forward to reading it. Lots of AR porn from early M4s to Diemaco to piston ARs to the SR-25.

Has anybody else ordered a copy?

Ordered mine, I have the last two (1911 + AR)

Nice books, best out there. I just wish they were not printed in China, slight humidity made the pages not all sit flat when the book is closed. I live in new england, its not like tropical humidity.

Believe me ... BE GLAD ... you're not in tropical humidity.

I love the Diemaco section of that book. The whole book is amazing, but there's something about cold-war era military guns that I won't ever be able to own.

It is a beautiful book....Larry Vickers hit another one out of the park. Can't wait to see what's next in the series.

Thanks for the critique. Sounds like I'll be getting one of these.

Actually, there are two volumes in the AR edition, and one 1911 edition. Be sure to have some rags near you to catch the drool when you are looking at the pics.

LOL ... thank you very much. I have a birthday coming up and my wife asked me just the other day what I wanted for my birthday. Now she has her answer
