sling hookup/compatibility

I am wanting to try the new MS3 sling from magpul, but before I ordered I wanted to make sure this rear hookup will be suitable, for some reason it looks goofy to me.

if I need a different sling mount let me know, it is for a sig 556

That attachment type will work fine. Just order the MS3 and attach it. Its that simple.

The MS3 is a well-designed sling. I expect you will be happy with it. Very versatile. More capable than most other designs. Hardware could have been better executed in my opinion, but overall a good system.

That attachment point should work with the MS3 but if you are capable of switching it out to the Magpul ASAP I would recommend that instead. It allows for easy hookup and transitioning from strong to weak side. You could also add the RSA and turn the MS3 into a 2 point sling.

Well the sling issue was one of many that I was looking into. After looking at all the things to make this rifle bearable I decided to put it up on the market and track down a BCM or DD instead, but thanks for the help guys
