Who makes the SIG 516 ambi mag release?

I called Sig on this and they said it is their own and at this time it is not available for sale separately



However i traded a guy for one who didn't like it because it got in the way of his BAD lever

That's pretty slick. Can you get it as a part from Sig? They must provide parts to 516 owners (and then, by extension, non-owners ).

Thanks for the info. This is the only ambi mag release that fits a regular lower that feels right to me.

I guess I'll just have to wait until I am lucky enough to find someone who wants to get rid of one or SIG breaks down and allows us mortals to order one.
