DD Lite Rail not lining up.

I can't seem to get the rail to line up to the receiver no matter what I do. I know I'm doing it right because I've taken this thing apart over 10 times and try to adjust it, it still sits lower than the receiver rails. Any thoughts?

Do you mean that the top rail is slightly off from the Flat top rail?

It's tough for me to tell from the photo, but it looks like the "diving board" at the rear may be bent. Was the package damaged when you purchased it?
