A dedicated Night Vision/Thermal forum?

Any thoughts on creating a section dedicated solely to night vision to and thermal stuff? I am guessing that the site could pick up a good bit of the slack from the rest of the net and host/post good legal info and building info.

Do you think an increase in the activity would be detrimental in that forum? As the traffic there could increase - what kind of posting standards would need to be adhered to? I know speculation and "internet" rumors are out, but would most posts on legality and construction need to be accompanied by primary sources, documentation, ect?
