How hard are the MRF-M 9" rails to install? Factory site says Delta Ring must be removed. How hard is that? I'm sure there's a post on that on this site somewhere. Tried to find one, but no luck yet.  Anyone got a link to it handy?

Easy. Just cut the delta ring assembly off. You can use Mr. Dremel or a hack saw.
