I don't know why the person who edited the video threw in the "we're Navy SEALs here to get you out" or whatever it said. The Unit in the vid is SFOD-D not SEALs.

I think it was in reference to the line used by Charlie Sheen in the movie "Navy SEALs" when they rescued the Navy helicopter crew that was shot down at the beginning of the movie.
