Noveske VTac Rifle 14.5"

I'm looking hard at one of these as my next AR. I've searched here but didn't really find any info on them. I was hoping that someone out there may have had some personal experience with them and if so, what did you think??

I know JP also makes a version of the VTac but they only go down to 16" if the website is accurate.

If anyone has thoughts or real time experiences on either of these two products, I'd love to here them.

Thanks...

At one point, Smith & Wesson advertised their version of the VTAC. Don't know what the status of that project is.

Thanks for the reply...

Beautiful pics and a nice 'static' review. I was also hoping to find someone that had actually run one, perhaps through a carbine class.

I'll be running one at the end of this month through a two day class.

I'll let you know if how it went if it's not to late for you...

El Mac,

Noveske rifles aren't that great. If you buy it and don't like I will take it off your hands for you at a reduced price of course.

So I've heard... I'd just like to know how awful this particular set up is.

The S&W VTAC is available now, I know Ernest Langdon has one as does my civilian S&W rep. IIRC it should retail for about $100 more than the M&P15 Tactical.

Thanks Stickman...gorgeous pics! Wow...I wish I was that handy with a camera.

gotm4: Not to deride SW but for that money, I'd opt for the Noveske everytime.
