BCM Bolt Carrier Groups Query

I am a relative newbie to the AR, I bought a Bushmaster M4orgery. (Yeah yea I've already learned about its deficiencies-- some have been remedied).
What I want to know, is if the BCM Bolt Carrier Group would be an improvement over what is in the Bushie, and do AR bolts need to be concerned with headspace issues?

I would say yes it would be an improvement. However, it the Bushy carrier key is properly staked, I'd just look at the BCM bolt. If the rifle is new, headspace shouldn't be an issue, but it wouldn't hurt to have a local smith check it to be safe.

+1 if it is staked properly it's good to go . if it is a carbine gas system than a ugraded extractor and spring should be instaled .
