How long does a Dealer to dealer Class 3 transfer take normally? They can't do it immediately can they?

Mine had been running about three weeks before the election. Probably going to be longer now.

Mine were running about 3 weeks and on occasion 4 weeks before the election for a Form3.

I have 3 Form3's in the works right now so I will let you know when they get approved (started 2 days ago).

Heres another one, a transfer from a gov entity to an individual. Does this have to be done through a class III dealer or can the individual submit a form 4?
