Geissele ssf?

I understand that the ssf differs from the ssa in that the ssf is to be used if you have a full auto configuration, but the ssa seems like it'll take forever to get.
Even though I dont have a full auto, would this still work in a semi-auto?
I'm getting a build together for a new duty/SWAT weapon and dont wont to wait for the ssa.

Thanks.

I have a SSF that I'm using in a standard lower, and it works great. Make sure you are good to go with any policy or laws that may involve FA parts. If thats not a concern, the SSF works every bit as nice as my SSA.

Keep a semi auto selector (two position) in and auto sear out of your gun and you should be fine. I took one to NTC last August, worked great with blanks.
