Looking at buying CMMG M4 Piston complete rifle, any feedback?

I don't know what you've found or haven't found yet but you might want to hold off awhile before buying. CMMG is supposed to be selling a heavy duty version of their piston system in March.

Sorry to say that I have no experience with their piston system. But I do have some with their other products, and there their quality is hit and miss.

Thanks for the feedback bought one last week just mounted Larue Tactical fold down sites. Will post results after some range time.

Curious what you spent. There was an online store in MT selling for a little over $1000.

Nice fit and finish very tight, paid $1300.00 added the Larue folding sight set very fast shipping great stuff.
Will be taking to the range next week.

Anyone have any long term assesment of the CMMG piston? I've run around 500 rounds without a hiccup so far.
