Stolen NH/VT 1911 Handgun Alert

I posted this in the general forum but this deserves a sticky in the Handgun forum for a while.

A good friend of mine & M4C member JC_ wanted me to post a heads up for his stolen Nighthawk / Vickers Tactical serial number 0025. His shop was broken into Christmas night between 11p.m. - 4a.m. They stole a complete safe containing petty cash, the handgun, and five WC mags.

He asks that everybody keep a lookout for it, especially anybody living in Indiana.

That's awful. They stole the safe with just one pistol in it? Were the others too heavy?

So where at in IN did this happen? I'll let my FFL know to keep an eye out for a 1911 that's not as nice as mine or his but has a little red ready to fire indicator on it. That's probably the best way for anyone to spot it- especially if they don't know any better...

I'm sorry to hear about your friends incident. I hope and pray that it doesn't make it here to california. Besides i think it's not on our cali legal list.
