LNL help needed

got it. love it. need some tips from you LNL pros.

how does the eject system work? since the retainer spring goes around the whole shell plate, it keeps the loaded round in the shell plate. the round tries to jump out but the spring pulls it back in everytime.

primer pick up is erratic. works great for a few then fails to pick one up. carrier hangs to the rear, or simply does not pick one up. lost the follower rod so am using a small welding rod (w/the flux wire wheeled off).

oh, am loading commercial once fired .45 acp.

NEVER MIND....solved both problems. both due to operator dum-dum. BUT.. i gotta say, the hornady "how to" book for this machine really suks!
