Which front rest is cool?

For someone who's not a serious competitor but wants to just bench rest the occausional .22 rifle or AR? The Caldwell Rock Jr. is forty bucks or so; the Rock is about a hundred. Or is there another one to consider? Any ideas? I don't want to spend too much but I want to get money's worth.

Learn how to use a sling in prone. You can get bunch of USGI M1 slings for $5 each and they are always on the rifle.
