upgraded to 9mm - better spring to match?

I got a chance to shoot my buddy's ar with the full (non-adjustable ) stock and really liked the recoil characteristics. I was wondering if there are any spring upgrades (heavier or longer )for the M4 that will work with the heavier buffer to smoothen the recoil even further?
