Are you looking for aftermarket stocks or a stock like the traditional M4 stock that doesn't rattle?

Probably the closest you will get would be a Magpul CTR. All of the traditional collapsable stocks I've used rattle.

Do you have anyplace with a supply of stocks and extension tubes? I've seen enough variences in them that you may be able to come up with a combination that is fairly snug.

i actually just went through my own supply with a caliper and did find a pipe that snugged the stock up better.. had 5 extensions varying from 1.1450 to 1.1500, it now wears the 1.15. still rattles, but it's better.

i'd still really like to know if anyone is making upgraded M4s though.

Best M4 type stock I've ever had was from LMT. Their tubes seem to run a shade fatter and make their stock fit nice and snug.

+1

I really don't know why I didn't buy one of these sooner.

The best one that I have found was the BCM M4 stock kit. Snugged up better than my old LMT take-off.

I did a bone stock traditional M4 build with zero upgrades just to have one and the kit was the best that I found.

Hope that helps.
