You mean the manufacturer's logo?

Go to Brownells and search for "fill in paint"

It is like a big, oily crayon. You scribble over the logo, filling in all the engraving. Then you get a rag with some mineral oil on it and wipe off the excess. This leaves your logos filled in and your cool points higher.

I used Brownells 23Kt. Gold Inlay Kit with great success, Stock#200-023-000AB. It does'nt melt off like crayons when it gets hot. I even used it on the barrel of a rifle that I bump-fire every now and then, and it is still in the inlays.

You will enjoy the gold inlay kit immensely, just have adequate ventilation as I beleive the re-agent used is methylene chloride based. And always cap the liquid as it will evaporate quite readily. It takes a couple of layers to get it right, so be patient and work on a small area at first. I probably wasted half of what I actually needed just getting the feel of how to work with the stuff. It definitely makes crayons obsolete, IMHO. Fun to work with too.

I did my M&P a few years ago with a white crayon on the M&P logo on the slide. It stayed on there better than a thought it would. It was easily removed with a tooth pick.
