Midwest Industries light mount & PEQ-2 Compatability Question

Just wondering if I would be able to usethis light mount and not have a G2 or other light get in the way of my PEQ 2 mounted on top of my rail.

I hold the forearm of my issued M4 at the furthest extent by the sling mount w/o a VFG and I have struggled with how to mount a white light and still being able to activate it. If you have any other solution possibilities please let me know.

Thanks, Rick

What do you think?

If you must have it on the 12', instead of the 3' or 9', you should be looking at an offset light mount like the ones from VLTOR, DD, LaRue and VTAC.

I have a few offset mounts, but where do i put them? Any postition that I have tried puts the flashlight in the way of my grip. If we had the freedom to use a different rail it would be a non-issue however this is not the case.

Just trying to make my situation work for me w/o having to change the way ive shot for the past few years.

Never used one, so I cant comment.

Here's another one you could probably find at an AAFE's

Either of those fit your need?

Awesome, ive never seen that anywhere before. I guess Ill have to see if its worth a shit but it seems like it would work w/ my shooting style.

Thanks, if anyone has used it or has other options they would definately be appreciated.
