Individual triggers vary but CMP rules for Service Rifle state that the trigger weight must be at least 4.5 lbs and SR is the intended market for that particular trigger.

RRA 2-Stage Match Trigger

Hello,
Although I have not measure it to be exact, from past experience it is around 5 LBS. It is a nice trigger, but because of all the durability discussions here about it, I will be swapping it out for a Giselle SSA match trigger as soon I can find one. If you search under: "RRA 2 Stage Trigger" you will find several threads discussing the topic.
