Eagle Universal Tactical Carrier (MOLLE LE Style)
I have an Eagle LE Universal Tactical Carrier that holds soft armor panels and also has pockets for hard armor plates. It has been setup and worn to test the fit but I have never used it, it sat in my trunk. I've had it for about 6 months give or take.
