That's a well thought out build. I especially dig the barrel choice.

Very nice Nitrox - looks good.

I am interested to know what do you have the trigger at?

.. and what do you typically feed it?

Not sure what you mean with the trigger but it is a fixed single stage that measured close to 3.5 pounds.

I feed it hand loads. 77gr Nosler, BH cases, Fed 205M primers, 23gr Varget.

That's what I meant! Thanks.

Good load, I've had a lot of success with Varget and heavy bullets (68 to 80) whether they be Hornady, Sierra, Berger or Nosler - it seems to be one of those loads that most quality ARs like.

I would use the VLD or 75 gr AMAX but they don't fit in mags so they sit in the box they came in.

Here's my wifes Noveske Afghan. It's was 14.5", I had it cutdown to about 13.5" and had the M4-2000 SOCOM mount perm. attached for a 16.1" overall barrel length. Randall Rausch of www.ar15barrels.com did a wonderful job. Another shop (name begins with a 'T' and ends with an 'i', in Glen Allen VA) had bent the threaded portion of the barrel removing the Rocksetted Gemtech M4-96 FSr and couldn't remove the Larue rail. Randall had no trouble with it and had it back to me in less than 2 weeks and he's in CA.

updated pic with the new M4-2000 Mod 07.
