Co-witness Preference?

Just curious what the concensus of preference is on either Bobro absolute co-witness mount for an Aimpoint (150) or the lower 1/3 (180)...

Mine tends to lower 1/3....

I run a magnified optic with a B/U red dot, co-witness is immaterial to me.

IMO, the lower 1/3 is less obstructive/distracting for RD shooting. The absolute seems to get in my "Field of View", and I personally don't like it for RDS. 1/3 still leaves me enough to use as BUIS OK.

Is is whatever works for you, as this is just what works for me.

Thats great. I do the same on one of my rigs, but that wasn't the question.
