Upper with FN 20" barrel at a gunshow!?

I went to the Crossroads Of The West show down at Del Mar today just because I was bored. I had to look at the ripoffs many of the vendors were peddling. I went to one dude that had a cast-looking grey upper with a legit looking FN barrel. It looked exactly like our issued M16A4 barrels with same markings. When I asked him about the upper itself he cut to say that it was a police trade-in and police rifles are "grey". I then proceeded to look at the other crap. He was asking for $350, would anyone believe that?

The best was a stack of uppers that had the FH canted to the left or right The kid at that booth told me they built them themselves with DPMS parts. I told them about the FH and I hope they'll actually fix them.
