Not really, there's a small chance the locking block could be cracked, in which case it should be replaced. They can be had brand new for about $50 and secondhand new for $30 or so pretty easily.
The Beretta 92 platform has a long history of good performance in law enforcement and military circles. I myself have owned two of them (and continue to own one), they are exquisite pistols - if I had spare cash I'd definitely pick up one or two of these as extras.
As a plus, mags and parts are ubiquitous and cheap, and the 92 platform is known for it's exceptional accuracy (and, as an aside, some of the smoothest, easiest to rack slides I've ever encountered).
