You can get one of those on ebay for about $275 to 300$ just search for "dual laser"

An individual cannot buy from the manufacturer for IR lasers, but if a department or agency purchases it and then decides to sell it an individual its okay from my understanding. Or you have an LE dept letterhead saying it will be used for duty...
