Shooters,
I would like to remind everyone that there is a carbine shoot on the 24th of January at the
Volusia County Gun and Hunt Club.
This is a fun shoot with a competitive element. The best way to describe it is IDPA with rifles.
Registration is at 08:00, safety briefing is at 08:45, and shooting starts promptly at 09:00.
Cost is $10 for VCG&HC members, $15 for non-members. You only need an AR-15 style rifle, about 200 rounds of ammo, hearing protection (electronic preferred), three magazines, and a good attitude. We would like you to have a
Boonie Packer Chamber Flag for every rifle you bring but if you can't get any by the 24th, we have a few extras. Don't sweat it.
