Erratic thread subscription e-mails

I seem to be getting subscription notifications from some threads, but not others. In particular, I'm getting nothing from the "Limited Edition M&P Trial Balloon" thread. I've tried unsubscribing and resubscribing -- no joy. And I checked my "junk" folder in Outlook. Any ideas?
