This was a 100% factory Noveske built upper- on the VLTOR VIS- This is the VLTOR VIS 3 with the 12 inch monolithic rail. I decided to take off the barrel so this is for the complete VIS upper as seen here-

I got this brand new a few months ago and it is 99% new. There is a very very minor nick under the ejection port I tried to get it to show in pics.
