Apex Tactical Customer Service

This past weekend, while shooting Todd's Speed Kills class, my primary M&P broke. It was the trigger spring from a DCAEK that broke, at 4260 rounds. I was able to finish the class with my PT edition M&P (which also has a DCAEK).

Since I've seen no data points regarding post sales support from Apex, I just wanted to let the folks know that they are definitely a stand up company with good pre and post sales support.

They were quite prompt with returning my emails, and I not only got a replacement spring but an additional one for my parts kit. When I sent the initial email, I was planning to buy at least one of them .... but they didn't seem interested in taking my money.

Thanks Randy & Co for the great service!

Customer service second to none!

I hope that Randy can shed some light on this failure?

I couldn't tell for sure, as I only saw pics but it appeared to be a flaw in the wire itself. This is the only breakage that we know of. The fact of the matter is that any spring can fail, no matter what measures we try. Case in point, I have had to replace 3 broken factory trigger springs so far this year.
