Comes with jamb nut, barrel nut, anti-rotation screws.
As can be seen from the pics, the nut is a little scuffed but using permanent black Sharpie it covers up quite well. A few little nicks and scratches here and there - no biggie.
I made one modification as can be seen on the right-side pics - I cut out one section to allow for me to make adjustments to my adjustable gas block screw. This is in the pistol position. It is buffed and sanded down so as to present no sharp edges. Honestly, you can barely notice it and when using Magpul (or other) rail covers it covers it up pretty well.
