SPR Build

I'm currently in a middle of a spr build. I'm slowly piecing everything together. I got the barrel coming next week and now I just need to get rails and the upper. The parts that I already have are the following: complete lower with a Magpul UBR Stock, MIAD Grip, B.A.D. Lever, and Geissele DMR trigger. Upper: PRI gas buster charging handle, complete bolt carrier/bolt, 18" 1:8 barrel with rifle lenght gas system, PRI Flip up front sight gas block, and a OPS Inc flash supressor. I want to use a Larue Tactical scope mount with either a Vortex Viper PST 1-4x2mm optic or the Leupold Mark 4 MR/T 1.5-5x20mm M2 knobs IR SPR Scope. A few questions I had about the scope mount was that both of these scopes require just about 4in of eye relief and I am a NTCH shooter so, I was leaning towards the extended Larue mount. I was looking at a few possible upper and rail systems. But, I wanted to hear people's input and what you would suggest for my build. I was interested in either the Vltor Vis 3ak, Mega Monolithic Upper, or either Rainier Arms billet upper/Mega Billet Upper with Superior Weapon Systems rifle lenght rail system. Does anyone have experience with any of these items and what would you suggest. Thanks.

You should probably post all the parts you already have, what type of optic you intend to use, and how you intend to mount it.
The more details you include, the easier it will be for people to help you.
Unless you want someone telling you to buy something based on personal bias.

p.s. you can edit your original post to include the info.
