What would you do? SBR w / Can?

I have sent off my Trust and expect it back very soon. I have a 14.5 Noveske with Pinned Vortex. I am going to cut it down to 11.5 and get a can. I want to be able to run the gun with or without can.

I use handguns for HD, I am not PD. I may later use it for HD, but I will mostly be experimenting with both the SBR & Can to see how I like them.

What Flash hider can combo would YOU choose and why? Whats the best regardless of money and whats best bang for the buck?

If you have opinions or experince, please share. I dont know jack shit about this. I have read recent threads, but if you have one you think is outstanding, please reference.
