What grain & distance to zero my Sig 556 SBR with Eotech and Doplers?

I have a Sig 556 10inch nfa rifle. I want to zero it today with the Dopler sights and Eotech. What distance should I zero these at?

I will use it at 100 yards and under but would be cool if I could shoot it to the max range of like 200 yards.

What grain bullet will stabalize best in this 10 inch Sig Barrel?

Im running a surefire 212 can on it. Hopfully my POI wont change much.
