i have a c3 lower for my sbr...billets are not super popular here but i kinda dig the cool factor & built in triger guard.
they really offer nothing other than eye appeal to the owner and some added weight but still a fan.
not sure what you mean by engrave in house?? mine was born an sbr with the s/n.
