Fedor just retired!

Live on Strikeforce, he just said it after his stoppage loss to Antonio " big foot" Silvia.

Probably a good idea. Better to go out while still legendary than to turn into a ate up has been like Lidell or Wanderlei Silva

Maybe it's for the best. He'll always be a legend in my eyes.

Edit: Wonder how far Kharitonov will get? I wanna see him against Ubereem.

Agreed. He skated by on guile and experience for years (which aren't bad things, but he beat better "fighters" than him quite often), and even more recently hasn't faced anyone but second-tier fighters and washed-up has-beens.

Fedor didn't seem to have the zest lately. He was dominated in this fight. Looked like sh** afterwards. Gotta' love the Brasilians; continually some of the top fighters.
