I don't see the pad listed on their site anymore.

I have a 34" waist and the setup fits me. The pad is 36.5" and the belt webbing is 43". The belt webbing overlaps and is held with velcro, for those not familiar with the setup. You can see the overlap in the picture below behind the buckle.
