It happens. My money is one 1 of two things.

1: Random hacker living in his moms basement who thinks guns are bad decided to play the hero for his cause.

2: Someone didn't like being told their DPMS was crap.

Something in the way of option 2, if I'm not mistaken...

I'm guessing it's #2. There was a thread on another site where some douche posted a ridiculous Del-Ton that he spent over $2k kitting out with crap. Arguing and threats ensued. Someone posted a few links to this site so he could educate himself and he freaked out and, at least he claimed, hacked this site.

To whomever decided to hack m4carbine.net: your DPMS/Del-Ton/Oly/Hesse/Blackthorne sucks, as do you. We collectively hate you. And your stupid rifle will inevitably fail you when ninjas attack your mom's basement.

This how it starts. First they try to take away our ability to talk about guns. Then they try to take away the guns we love to talk about. F you the man!

Glad to see that script kiddies are still alive and well. Some people just can't handle the truth.

I sincerely doubt DOSing a website would be considered eleet hacking. Old dude just needs to find something better to do with his time. Like educate himself on firearms a little bit better.

There was a thread on it here and how the guy acted. I didn't want to watch but it was just crazy how he acted.
