Enough is enough with these little dweebs. There must be a resource to disable them somewhere out there in the technical universe. Why let their resentment regarding their painfully insignificant place in society affect this fine forum?

Financial institutions can do it, so I'd have to assume it is possible somehow.

I'd have one to 1 odds that it is indeed a fellow who had his feelings hurt here, or even more likely someone hired by a hostile competitor. Regardless of the two scenarios, the fellow has surely incriminated himself as a hide in the shadows dweeb.
