How many cycles for standard carbine action spring?

Just curious if anyone has any knowledge roughly through use or actual data from a source. If I have say a $4.50 standard BCM carbine action spring what kind of life can I expect of the spring? I say "cycles" because that is the term springco uses to explain the wear life of their springs which I believe they claim is 500,000 or is it 100,000? Guess it depends on which color any way in relation to the sprinco type springs if I had a quality plain Jane spring how long should I expect it to last? Thanks

Please take the time to read around. There is no way to tell which is why there are established measurements that are used. If it goes below a certain lenght, it gets replaced.
