Question Can Anyone Identify This Barrel Marking?

Yes it says MOS 1-7 HC MP...
It is the only marking on the barrel.....

Model One Sales?

The HC/MP has me guessing! They wouldn't do any testing!

If it is indeed a BCM barrel, what is the problem with it?

Thanks,

It is NOT a BCM barrel. It was a barrel that BCM was going to use.

What is funny is that it is both a MOS Program barrel and a Model 1 Sales barrel, being a Shaw with testing.

I thought Model 1 marked their barrels "M1S".

I did a little research on this and it appears that it might be one of the precursors to the BCM barrels.
I retract my earlier statement and revise it to-
It's code for: Call Paul.

Still, not a DD, as compared to mine at least.
