For the biggest selection and probably the best price too, you might want to check out both 44mag.com and www.exilemachine.net
For 44mag.com, no tax since its out of state. Very fast shipping and CS but they do charge you 99cent to make a magazine into a rebuild kit.
For exilemachine, since its CA based, you do have to pay tax but their price is pretty much unbeatable.
If you have to make your mag into 10/30 or 10/20, just buy the blocks so that way you have a larger selection of magazine models.
Another online site is calegalmags.com. They pretty much carry already blocked (ca legal) mags. But their price is usually on the slight high side.

I dont know if thi sis exactly what you are looking for as I dont live in California so I dont have to abide by those restrictions, but I do remember seeing these on 44mag.com
https://www.44mag.com/product/10_rou...ine_components
And I will give a big +1 for 44mag, I have had many good transactions with them

If I buy Parts and kits, does the Floor plate have to be epoxied?

No, you can use a rivet. If you have to open it, just drill the rivet. If you are in the sacramento area check out sacramentoblackrifle.com It is usually $14 for the pmag rebuild kit and $5 for the block.
Has anyone ever heard of anyone getting in trouble on the basis of the floor plate nor being permanent enough?

Cal legal mags

Where did you read about the need to epoxy the floorplate? I haven't read any thing on the Cal Gun site or on the dsite about having to epoxy floorplates.
The only thing that is weird is you can't increase the amount of high capacity mags you have if you need to replace a bad mag body. Most of the 10 round limited mags have a rivet or a block built in. One company puts an indentation into the mag body at the 10 rounds level. But no one epoxies the floor plates that I know of.

Hello. I don't usually post, but since I live in the libtard state of commiefornia, I can safely say if you live here epoxy your 10 Round pmags. There are some sites that will sell you rebuild kits, which means they will send you mags that are disassembled. They can be 20/30 rounders that a Cali resident can legally own but not use in the 20/30 round capacity unless you have the limiter installed and epoxied. Sure you can go to the range without it being epoxied but remember this the CADOJ plays by their own rules. Myself I have 5 10/20 CA legal pmags for range and class use. The rest are in the safe in the 20 /30 round configuration disassembled and waiting patiently for the day I retire and move out of CA. Good luck and don't forget the bullet button.

National Gun Supply has 10/30s that use a pin to limit the travel of the follower. No blocks, no epoxy if that's what you're looking for.

Using my phone so I couldn't use the hot link feature. But that's the link to the mags. They also sell blocked mags if that's your thing.
