Grant,

What is the difference between the SSA and
G2S triggers ? Besides price ! Is there a noticeable
Performance difference ?

They use different materials and changed how the pins are retained.

I cannot really tell a difference.

Hey what trigger would you recommend for competing? I know Geissele has like 10 different options. Maybe something really light but not too light... I don't want to accident pull the trigger if its too light. I've had that happen with a firearm rental at one place. I guess they've had the 45 for a WHILE and the trigger was really worn down. So worn down that I double tapped on accident. How long do these triggers go before replacing theM?

Since no one ever answered this, I'll use it as an opportunity to gush over my G2S... I'm no stranger to aftermarket/custom triggers, but in an AR format, had only felt the gritty fun-time that is a mil-spec trigger. I built my first lower yesterday and used the G2S that I had bought from Grant and it is AMAZING. Is this what a two stage trigger feels like? There's a tiny bit of take up with a super crisp break. My friend J came by and we compared the pull on my G2S to his SSA and we both agreed - mine felt smoother. I honestly think it's perfect - I wouldn't want it any other way - I believe it could be used for precision shooting, competition, or CQC equally as effectively. In fact, I like it so much, I ordered another last night to drop into my Sig, whose factory trigger now feels like I'm trying to grind a hobbit to death between two Nicholson files. Thank you Grant for making these available and affordable. Anyone waffling on one, dont. I was considering an ALG trigger for my next build, but I'm afraid I'll be disappointed after using the G2S. GREAT job Geissele.
