went out to sight in my XPS, and saw a whole squad of pumpkin slayers...they brought a truckload of them devilish squash, and commenced to making them into pie filling...one round at a time. They let a youngster about the age of the one in the picture shoot a relatively large revolver (too far to see the caliber) at one pumpkin from only a few feet away...he was wearing quite a bit of pumpkin guts after he pulled the trigger.

I never used tannerite before, is it more flash and smoke, or is there a bang as well?

There is a thunderous boom. 1 lb of it never ceases to amaze me. I blew up my whole wooden target stand with 1 two weekends back.

Videos don't do the deep boom justice.

I have a 2-1/2 lb jar that's going up against a big pumkin this weekend.

We put 1lb. of Tannerite on a metal folding chair last month; blew the shit apart. It made the metal on the seat fold inside out into flower petals.

These monkies blew up a 1 gal paint can full... just over the hill from us a few weeks back. Friggin sounded like an air liner crashed into the mountain.

Tannerite is great fun. I have taken down a couple old trees with a well-placed 1lb container. You can reduce a 30lb cinder block to sand with a 1 pounder too. The concussion is awesome!

Yeah... you blow up that stuff in the valley areas and you're like... oh shit! someone's going to call the authorities.

I've never shot a punkin. I have shot some watermellons. 20 years ago I went on vacation to Hatchbend Florida and they grow a lot of mellons in that area. It was a wet year and they had thousands and thousands of watermellons that were not worth the cost of picking. My wife and I used a thousand rounds over a week plinking watermellons from 50 yards out to 400 or so. Lots of fun.

That was before I got into black guns. We used a 30-06, a 243, a 22-250 and a 378 Weatherby magnum. A 378 will knock the shit out of a watermellon.

We put two pounds in a concrete pipe. Two pounds was a little too much...

Never thought of a pumpkin, I guess I know what I'm doing on Saturday!

They blow up better if you cut a small hole in the top and fill them with water. I vaporized a small one once with a varmint bullet out of a 20 inch A2.

Some of the Big sportsmans stores have it. You can just go to tannerite.com and order it too.

Based on their weight, punkins have to be mostly air.
