Will the Colt SCW folding stock/bolt carrier be available to purchase separately?

Does anyone know if the the Colt SCW stock and bolt carrier will be available for sperate purchase for those that just want to add a folding stock to their current rifle?

Please contact Colt. Anything posted here will be nothing but speculation. This same question has been asked before.
