I've slowly building my semi-budget rifle, acquiring parts slowly on sale as I learn and acquire funds. I now have a stock and new bottom metal, and want to get them all together.
Problem is, no smith I know has a CNC machine and is willing to mill out the stock for the new bottom metal.
Does anyone know of a place I could ship the bottom metal and stock to? I'm a bit out of options. My local shops will set the action and all that, bed the barrel if I want to, but none will do the custom work for the bottom metal. Any thoughts?
