I have a 10.3" upper and was wondering if the 11" would be to long.
The flash hider is the only thing that would be sticking out, I believe. Or put a Noveske KX3 on.
The 9" I think would be to short.
I would have to modify the FSP so the rail would fit over it.
Should I modify the FSP attached or disassemble it to modify?
I can cut the delta ring off or take the barrel off to take the Delta ring off.
I just wanted some opinions on what some of you would do.
Thanks.

That rail will be too long and a lot of the flash hider will be inside the rail. Look for a 9 or 10 inch rail.

What cj5_dude said: too long.

FWIW, I just put a VTAC Alpha 13" on a 14.7" barrel with pinned on M16/A2 compensator to make 16" and it's 2.75 inches from front of rail tube to muzzle.

Measure from the back edge of your barrel nut forward to get an idea how long a given tube will cover +/- 1/4".

I've got an 11" VTAC/Troy Alpha rail on an 11.5" upper and the bottom third of the A2 FH is covered up by the end of the rail. The "bird cage" portion is outside of the rail, but not much else.
