Rear all black sight question

My new gen 4 19 is racking up the rounds with no malfunctions and quickly proving to be good to go. I need to change out the stock sights and will be getting an all black rear set up.

Do you guys prefer a serrated rear sight, like 10-8/Heinie, or do you prefer a flat black setup, like Warren Tacticals/Sevigny?

Ideally I like a black serrated front night sight and a smooth black rear sight of a smooth black single 6 o'clock dot rear night sight. Rear serrated sights cause me to move my attention awat from the front sight to the rear which slows me down.

I prefer serrated, especially if my back's to the sun or a bright light (like at my retarded indoor range). It really helps to reduces glare for me. Of course I always paint my front sight orange, so I have no problem picking it up.
